A Jedi Master from the time of the Sith Wars, very little is known about him.  It is unknown whether he was named for the planet Hoth, or whether the planet was named after him.  It is assumed that he was killed when the Sith Lord Kaan and his army committed suicide by means of a “thought bomb” in the Battle of Ruusan.
